Before On The Move (OTM) it was known as Its Ur Turn Networking Alliance, established since October 2012 for the purpose of Afrocentric businesses to network, showcase, promote, collaborate and connect in the City of Toronto, Canada.  Fastforwording to 2017 an idea of connecting people through GEDI a Global Economic Development Initiative concept through tourism was born,  the Reggaelution Cruise.  However, it never materialize due to the lack of knowledge in the Entertainment Industry.  Then, in 2018  I reached out to several Singers like Willie Williams who song Armagideon Time and Korexion, a Jamaican-Canadian Reggae Recording Artiste and invited them to a Reggaelution On The Move Teaser to celebrate my vision of revolutionizing Reggae and its Genres at my birthday party celebration in May of that year.  The journey continues  to present with the On The Move Management Network with a very unique  system I’m so passionate about building a great Brand that will educate individuals for the purpose of improving their knowledge by the sharing of information.  The OTM mission is connecting opportunities and businesses with the aim of offering solutions for growth and development.  

OTM are offering multiple business services such as accounting, virtual, media, legal, media, specializing  in artistes management assisting them to increase their Rate of Investment.  For example, assisting them with controlling their accounting process relating to promotion, royalties, music and video.
